In creating Mia's logo, I began by isolating her first name and last name initials, M and P. Shears and razors are two important pieces of equipment that barbers use for haircuts.

With closer study of the two letters and watching Mia use the equipment, it became more clear to me that the M resembled two razors and the P a shear.

The creative freedom I had with this project allowed for me to push the boundaries and design a unique symbol for Mia’s exceptional service.
